• You must be a member of the Model T Ford Club of America. Please state so when sending photo.
• You can submit one (1) photo for each Model T that you own.

• Or, send a scanned image of your photo by e-mail to: horlick@jps.net Note: Scanned photo must be in compressed JPEG format (about 45k bytes). Please do not send an uncompressed TIFF format photo, since the size (about 1 MB) will likely not get through the e-mail system.
• If you send a photo and want it returned, please include a Stamped Self-Addressed Envelope.
• Be sure and include your name(s), year & body style of car, and your city, state & country.
