I zoomed way in (300 percent!) on the higher detail image trying to read the license plate. I couldn't recognize what country the plate was from, however, I noticed another car in the background (looking through the crowd). Can't see much of it. However, from the lower profile of the body style, it appears to be about a 1930. That makes that late '12 touring car likely over fifteen years old at the time the picture was taken.
