No high gear
Friends T has no high gear. Low is fine. Happened all of a sudden. You think broken spring is the cause???

Had radiator repaired because the Motor Meter was so heavy that the vibrations caused the filler neck to break where it was solder onto the tank. All back in and no leaks.

What should we use to repair a loose neck to the radiator? 1922 coupe. It looks like it has been fixed before.

Try shorting out the ignition switch. My T now has a modern day key ignition switch. It failed a couple of years ago with a dead spot. I installed a on/off switch under the dash so if it goes completely open I can use the on/off switch to at least get me going and home.

Adjusting band brake when you have rocky mountains
I guess I need a refresher. Not sure how, or best way to adjust the transmission brake band when you have rocky mountain brakes installed.
I have done it but can't find the procedure. any help appreciated.

I used a shop vac attached to the oil filler after draining the oil and reinstalling the drain plug. I then used a thin piece of wood to push high temp sealer into the area with the vacuum on. It must have sucked enough into the leaking area because it has not leaked again. The original leak was bec...
