I had this fellow welded ... Had some cracks bedroom the mounting holes, but got a better one before this got back from the welder. Free for the shipping, or local pickup in Petoskey, Michigan.

24-ish turtle deck and spare tire carrier - Northern MI

Have a turtle deck and spare tire carrier from a 24-ish roadster. It's now an RPU, and no place to store. Make an offer (offers??) Would prefer local pickup, as would be difficult to ship... Courious as to how they sound. One of these appeared to be look labled exhaust horn. Do some sound like horns, and others whistles?? Seems like it would be fun to tube them. :-)

Re: grease zerk for U-joint grease cup

I find the grease cups to be totally inadequate to get any reasonable amount of grease where it needs to go, particularly for the u joint and rear axles, and unscrewing the cap to do a repeated filling sucks the grease back out, I end up pumping in and sucking the same grease in and out of the cup....

So, adding splash pans will help with cooling .. but pretty much the opposite to what I 'think' I want to do. Sounds like blocking the radiator is probably the simplest. I might be into another canvas project , so the amount of blockage can be adjusted.
