Bowl Nut for Bronze Kingston L4 Carburetor

Hi Guys, I'm rebuilding a bronze L4 Carburetor to install on my Model T, and it's missing the bowl nut. The bronze carb, takes a much smaller bowl nut than the iron one does, so I can't swap it out from my other carb. Do any of you know what size bowl nut I need. Thanks for any help you can give me,...

Re: What Have You Done To The "T"- April Edition

Hey Guys, With all of this extra time, I've been able to go out the shop and tinker with my '26 Touring Car nearly every day. I haven't posted anything on this forum for a while, so I'll share what I've done. Earlier in the year, I bought some wheels from Denny Behning in Indiana to replace my loose...

Re: Are our cars invisible?

Erik, I tend to agree with you. I have yet to take my Model T on the road, but I remember experiencing that with my '58 Ford on three occasions. Once, a guy pulled right in front of me at an angle, and then slammed on his brakes so he could maneuver into a parking space. It was as if I wasn't even t...

Re: FS 21" wheels

Hello,
I'm definitely interested. Are the hubs for front or rear wheels? I"ve got a '26 touring car with very shaky rear spoke wheels.
My clincher rims are inner diameter 20" and outer diameter 22". They take 4.40 / 4.50 21" tires.
Thanks,
Gil

Re: What have you done to your Model T in July?

Hi, This is my second post regarding Model T's in July. I'm a new Model T owner having recently purchased my 1926 Touring Car. I'm very excited to finally be back into vintage cars having owned a 1929 Model A Sport Coupe in high school, as well as a '58 Ford Custom 300, and a '59 Ford Fairlane. It f...

Re: What have you done to your Model T in July?

Hello, I recently purchased Jenny, my 1926 Model T Touring Car. So far, I've been working on cleaning up the wooden spoke wheels, and looking for tires, tubes, and flaps for the rear wheels. She hasn't been started in ten years, so as soon as I've got her on four good tires, I'll roll her out onto t...
