It sounds like you did everything right and they are a bear! to resolve the problem of removing the lines i used the flexible lines that connect to the wheel cylinders, you just need to unbolt the caliper and lay it aside no more taking the line loose.

I trim the two side tabs off so you only need to lift it up, if you want to leave everything together then i would slot the top tabs so all you would need to do is loosen the radiator nuts and slide the apron out.

I have a 24 Fordor that came with bumpers, they were made by Lyon, the frame must be drilled and there is a special nut that holds the bumper to the headlight bracket they are full bumpers front and back, the rear bumpers use the battery holder bolts and the body to frame bolts, the fronts stick out...

There is a company Drills and cutters.com that has or can get just about anything at a very reasonable price, i purchased the dies for both front axles right and left hand thread and the #14x24 taps for the flywheel and Bendix cover.

Pilot stations have plenty of gas and diesel, they have a large terminal in Knoxville and a large fleet of trucks and there is a Colonial terminal here,gas is flowing but it only goes about five mph so it will take about two weeks to fill the system.

I always tow my coupe and fordor backward for long trips for better airflow around the car instead of the flat windshield and visor, i also wrap it with stretch wrap to keep the nick and bugs off, i have never had a tracking issue and i have four wheel brakes so no issues there, i do pull it facing ...

my 24 Fordor had the same problem and we found that the frame was bent down at the motor mounts, check the squareness of the frame and it may fix your problem, it could also affect the door fit.

The glass book shows two different windows for the Tudor, one fits the coupe 24-27and is 19" at the front and 197/8 at the rear, the glass shown for the Tudor is203/4 at the front and 21/12 at the rear, the coupe/tudor glass is part #G47c and the Tudor glass is G122.

That should not be a hard job, if you can solder or braze it will be easy, make sure that the everything is clean and use 15% silver solder or a good brazing rod you may need a Mapp gas torch or oxy/actey - Propane won't get hot enough. That's my take.

You can purchase 2" soft copper in 50Ft rolls in type L and type K so bending or rolling is much easier, type L will have blue printing and Type K will be Green. K is very heavy.

Put a short hook on a piece of coat hanger then pull the reflector out ,pulling in several places around it and it will come out, then remove the small cotter pin and turn the adjusting screw until it won't turn anymore and pull the socket out, it may take some pliers.

I used a piece of 1/2" plywood on the back of the seat on my 26 coupe, I painted it and attached it to the package shelf with a couple of angle brackets, the battery is in a battery box mounted to the floor, I have a wood floor instead of the sheet metal.

Gary, I have the timing tool that is made by TW Timers and you are welcome to use it, I am in Farragut just off the Pellissippi Pkw. it is a great tool to set the timing.I have the bending tools also, the Ford timer settings are different so you may be off.

That is the same one I have on my 24 Fordor, I had to remove it and weld it as one of the horizontal pieces was broken, I did it with the body off which makes it easier, there should be holes on the top of the frame for to mount it, 1/4" if I remember right.

Your Garmin GPS will work fine on six volts, just use the lighter plug that came with the unit and it will work fine, I transfer mine from my car or truck to the T with no problem, they run on 2.5 volts and the plug takes care of dropping the voltage.

I use a torque wrench extension which is similar to a crow foot wrench to get the two bolts under the firewall, I purchased it from McMaster-Carr.

No snow here in the southland yet but we have rain, 5.5 " last Saturday, 13.5 for the month. TVA is spilling 3.5 Trillion gallons a second from the dams , this is water held to reduce flooding on the Ohio and Mississippi, they are forecasting another 1-2" this weekend.

I had two T's in the garage and we had a hail storm, very large hail, it destroyed the wife's car, so she got a new car and I rented a storage space and the t's were stored there.
