Re: What Model T or Model T Accessory Do You Regret Not Buying?
I was a swap meet many years ago and saw a nice original set of 1926 Texas farm truck license plates that would have been great for my Roadster Pickup. Don’t remember the price but 15 minutes later I thought “ I’ve never seen plates like that”. I went back and the guy had left. I’ve never seen a set...

Re: Where did you discover your Model T?
1926 Roadster pickup - Rusk, TX - 1955 - $35. Dad took me to get it. The owner wasn’t there. His wife told us he wasn’t sure he was going to sell. She wanted it out of her yard and told us to load it up. He later mailed the paperwork.

Re: Windshield Rubber Cushion
Thanks. That's the info I needed. Looking at the windshield, the areas where the rubber would start to slide in have been filled with paint. I'll clean that out and see how it goes.
Thanks - Jim

Re: Windshield Rubber Cushion
Not sure I was clear with my question. This is a 26 Roadster, so the bottom half of the windshield will tilt up and give easy access to the rubber. I just don’t remember whether I pushed it in after the glass man installed the glass.

Windshield Rubber Cushion
It’s been to many years since I installed the rubber cushion on the lower half of my 26 Roadster windshield. Can you install it with the glass in place?

I took a look at the bed that was on the roadster when I bought it in 1955. Looks like the previous owner experienced the same problem and made a adjustment.

Pickup Bed Installation
Guess I should have trial fit my 1926 pickup bed before I restored it. None the less, I am now having installation issues. It appears that on the drivers side, the filler panel is contacting the roadster body and preventing it from moving forward enough for the three mounting holes on the body frame...

Re: 26/27 Roadster Questions
Attached are some photos I took of my roadster body mounted to the frame. The body is green so you can see the difference in the body and the black frame. The distance from the rear crossmember and the rear of the body frame is 16 1/2 inches. When you extend your body frame you need to narrow it dow...

Re: WTB - spare tire mount for ‘27 RPU
This is the spare carrier I had made. Used an old driveshaft tube and a spare tire mount I bought off ebay. The "neck" on top was made from a head light mount. I was fortunate that there is a very talented welder in my area. The carrier was built from a set of original drawings that someone on this ...

Re: POSTAL ISSUES please read.
I’m waiting on an item that arrived in Memphis (90 miles away) 16 days ago. Usually the next destination is my local post office. It has instead now been to two other mail centers (one 40 miles away) and is now back in Memphis. Fortunately I’m not in a big hurry.

That's the list. Looks like it came from Vintage Ford magazine. I knew I saw it somewhere. Thanks.
Do you think there is a similar list somewhere for Model A tools?
