I think my main issue is going to be finding one in brass that allows for the horn wire tube however the longer length is what I prefer to make this work for my application... I could do an iron one but would like to find one longer than w...

I would like one to install in my 1919 open cab express so no dash just direct to the firewall... I believe it would be between 8-9 inches but I need to double check to verify. I do have a horn button so I need the variation that permits the horn wire .

I noticed Macs sells a complete reproduction wood bed with the type of hardware that I’m looking for but they don’t list the hardware individually? Someone must produce it? I attached an image ... not sure if I did it correctly.

WTB Express/ Truck bed Hardware

I have have a 1919 open cab express body...the tailgate hardware on my truck is homemade ... it’s done tastefully but there are a few visible welds etc. that I don’t like... I was wondering if anyone has any original hardware? Hinges, latches , support brackets and such? I’m not looking for hardware...

Re: 1919 Engine with no provision or casting to accept a generator?

I had considered that someone may have re-stamped the serial number but I would think they would have to grind the old number away removing a good chunk of material causing the raised cast spot to be much lower where the numbers get stamped... it doesn’t look that way to me but I’m sure anything is ...

Re: 1919 Engine with no provision or casting to accept a generator?

I went out and looked at the cast date on the block today and it is 4-4-18 but I forgot to write the darn serial number down so I will try again tomorrow... based on the serial number list my serial number falls on May of 1919 so my block seems to have been cast and sat around for a almost full year...

1919 Engine with no provision or casting to accept a generator?

Hello, I was curious if anyone can shed any light on a question regarding my 1919 engine? On the engine block where the generator would normally mount there is no cast boss or provision to have ever mounted a generator... I am aware that there is a casting that could have been bolted in place if a g...
