The RAJO ad shows up in a movie "Kid Speed" which co-stars Oliver Hardy. I initially thought this was a screen grab from that movie.

I'm guessing the drum belongs to the TT wheel, and the steel spokes are cut to an interference fit. The hooks and notched rim/fellow keeps the whole shebang together.

What number of teeth do you need? When I used to see NOS gears around, they were for 4:1 diffs or trucks. I don't think I have any drive pieces left, but may still have a brochure with the ratios listed.

Philip, there is no need to cut down the 26 brake drum.
It will fit fine with the 24 transmission cover and narrow brake band. Have this in my 25.

Our car runs domed pistons and a milled low head (might be an 1/8th?). Done thousands of miles like that. I'd still do the plasticine thing though.

Re: Engine knock during Deceleration.

I had an engine with similar symptoms.
Pulled the pan and things seemed tight.
Turned out it was the front main.
A blocked oil hole was the problem. (Low mileage "rebuild".)
I seem to remember a remetalled cap and rebluing the crank was the solution.
Hope this helps.

My BB is similar. It is set up for 8 x 18mm plugs.
It also has the blanking plate on the heater crossover.
I had a repro exhaust manifold and original down pipe, but the exit goes through plug 3.

I don't know if you remember Allan, but I owned one at Ballarat Swap for about 30 minutes. I sat at your site with it. A hit-miss bloke asked if I would sell it. I said no, I'd just bought it , he said what is your "silly price", and he bought it. Still a bit annoyed with myself. 😕 Ah well. Think it...

Deluxe got the full custom body.

Hi,
Hubs are same, but the rims needed probably aren't.
Kelsey 88 (loose lug) rims won't go on Ford felloes.
That 1/32" is also in the felloe radius.
Someone may be able to post the Ford service picture to help you diagnose your parts.
Hope this helps.

Great Barn thinking, love it.

I'd consider a hose clamp or (being for a T) a couple of laps of baling /fencing wire just below the notch to mitigate against splitting.
