On the base of the transmission tail shaft, Is the year the bottom number or the right side number?
One looks like it may be 6-10-09 or 6-09-10?
The other one I am not sure at all as the right side number has three digits?

I had one in the original wooden crate. It had a small gas tank to get the Model T started before switching it over to kerosene. It also had a 1/8” steel spacer shaped like a head gasket that you placed between two head gaskets to lessen the compression in order to run on kerosene.

I saw that, however, it is a repro but probably correct. The shank of the key is 1/4” but I think they made a smaller one, maybe 3/16” also. I have a faceplate for the smaller one. RV Anderson was against reaming the hole out to 1/4”, maybe because it is an original.

That could work especially for fitment of the reverse disc because it makes contact with the taper of the pulley.

Re: 1909 On Hemmings
I have an original wooden seat back that came off of a 1910 Tourabout. The mostly complete car was pulled out of a junkyard in Atlanta. The only paint that remains on that panel is Black.

I sold one to Bob Bergstadt last year. I thought he was going to reproduce it.

What do you think this tank was originally?

Re: Kingston 5 ball choke arm wtb
Richard,
I agree, I could make the rod and butterfly. The arm is the part I would have a problem fabricating.
That would be 90% of my problem solved if I had one.
Thanks!!

Wasn’t someone reproducing the Metzger Automatic windshield springs a while back? I can’t find the post but I know I read it.

The 10 was gone Saturday morning. I knew it would sell. The 13 was there when I left. They started it right up as I was leaving.
