Re: Waterless Radiator Coolant
If the coolant has a higher " boiling point" the engine will not run cooler, in fact, the engine runs hotter! So one should consider having an accurate temperature gauge and an engine oil designed for higher performance. With this in mind, replacing the coolant to stop the radiator acting like a gey...

I think we need more pictures! Improvisation saved many old vehicles, particularly commercial and agricultural. I for one think it would be a shame to remove "non T parts" which would rob this important survivor of its past history. Save it as it is for posterity!

Good advice on cold starting, however, would it not be prudent to start the engine before adding the coolant? Less chance of a cracked block using hot water and, should starting be unsuccessful, the radiator won't be frozen solid causing more problems! Just my " 3 penn'orth"!

In my experience the heating of metal with a view to separate shafts and bearings is more successful when cooling with copious amounts of cold water. This rapid contraction will separate steels of different types .

To use grease the bushes must have grooves or channels on both surfaces to encourage the spread of lubricant to all surfaces. Oil, on the other hand, will form a film on pins and bushes with a smooth surface. I think many nipples are used with a heavier or stickier oil rather than grease.

Jorge, I totally agree with Alan that the fan belt is no sitting comfortably as the pulleys appear to be out of alignment.
