Re: What have you done to your T in September?

I patched up (soldering) the old radiator......no leaks! I like the look of the honeycomb so will leave it for now but I usually install a new radiator on every T I own in time.

Us T guys really have it good when it comes to parts.
Amen to that....So do the A’s. Having restored a Packard and a Porsche in the past in addition to owning many Model T’s and A’s I stay strictly with the Fords.......so many suppliers with quality parts.

Re: 13T - New Brassworks Radiator

New radiator for my 1913 was purchased last spring. Thank You Brassworks! I do not plan on polishing it so eventually it will match the patina on the rest of the brass lights on the car.

Re: What have you done with your T in August ?

After body being separated from frame for a little over a year, we placed them back together after a thorough mechanical review of the chasis. Fenders, running boards and splash apron were removed when i got it. This the the first time this cut down touring has had the body and those parts on the f...

I have had an up close look at this car and it is NICE.....REALLY NICE. Bob offers his cars on several sites which cater to hobbiests. However, as everyone knows, anyone with the right amount of “green” can buy a car and do whatever they want with it.

Pleated upholstery F/S

I have this section of upholstery left over from a project I bought. It has never been installed in anything. I don’t think it it for a Model T but perhaps. At any rate could be used on a speedster or whatever. It is made with a very heavy vinyl and backed with burlap. It is 66” at its widest point ...

Re: Mike and Classtique

I have had the good fortune to work with Mike on several upholstery projects on a couple of cars I have owned in the past. Great support from him. The last time I bought a top boot I drove to his new shop in Lindstrom MN. Good thing he has lots of room there as he sure is one busy guy! He always has...

Darel, you are the most spirited car person I know! Sure do miss seeing you and LaVernna at the swap meets this year.......and the Afton 4th of July parade is canceled 😢😢😢. Well, my wife is now on the board of the historical society so maybe we could make you and LaVernna grand Marshall’s next year!...

Re: Alive During The Birth Of The Model T!

My wife’s grandmother lived to be 107, passing in 2005. Lived in three centuries! My favorite story she told was of the first time she saw a “horseless wagon”. The family lived on a farm in Finlayson MN, up north. One spring day in 1905 (she was 8 yrs. old) the children were playing in the yard when...

Here is my 1913 (correct chassis with newer wheels and a 1914 windscreen) mated to a 1917 body back in 1953. A very FUN car to drive. I really don’t give a darn about what the experts think.

I stumbled across and purchased this 1919 Model T only 15 miles from me. Car fully painted but unassembled, interior half installed, no top but have irons. All mechanically rebuilt (yes!). It will keep me busy during these slow times.v

I’m with Steve J on this.....Rustoleum satin black with a brush is easy to use, durable and touch up blends in nicely.
