Sold (pending pickup): MODEL T based dump trailer

This is the model T based trailer that will put all other vintage trailers to shame. Solidly built, easy to dump, and still useful today! The shade tree engineering here is not easily matched. Built sometime in the past, recently gone through so that it lasts long into the future. Frame: A pinched T...

Re: Model t accessory spring perches

Have this axle with a longer leaf spring, 20230115_074637.jpganyone seen this before? Shelby, on closer examination, the casting in your photos appears to be the same as the ones on my car. See this link to a post I made about my perches, same "FT" casting number. https://www.mtfca.com/phpBB3/viewt...

Re: Model t accessory spring perches

I have a similar spring set up on my cut-down 1915 touring car. Being that it is a 1915 front end, the accessory spring perches & longer leaves are joined by two bungs that go in the old spring perch holes. These bungs provide a spot for the wishbone to mount UNDER the front axle, correcting the geo...

Kohler Kustoms in Pennsylvania does. I've met Andy via the central PA hotrod scene and he's a rodder thru and thru and a nice guy. He advertises dropping axles on his website but me and another buddy were not certain he does T axles, so obviously a call will be worth it. Not totally near Boston, but...

I like it a lot and your choice of vintage bolts.
Thank you! I can thank my dad for that. He pulled out several of these bolts from his bolt bin and matched them up with square nuts and lock washers. All of similar vintage. The hope is that none ever know it was a 2022 addition!

Re: Mounted a spare tire carrier on my RPU

Great find Andrew. It matches your pickup nicely. Had I found it, I'd have shifted the mounting requiring drilling holes in the fender, so I could pick up the running board bolts. I hate drilling Ford parts. Allan from down under. Thanks! I agree it fits nicely. If you look carefully you will see t...

Mounted a spare tire carrier on my RPU

A Hershey car show find... some period correct fasteners from dad's bolt bin and a warm November afternoon and now the T has a spare tire carrier! Always wanted one, wasn't looking for one, but stumbled on it the first day of Hershey, so I got it. So glad I did. Looks like it was always on the car. ...

WTB 1915/1916 Flat 'Crown' Rear Fenders

the 1911 mercer is owned by Fred Houck.. He has a knack of making all of his cars appear as "barn find". The Buick was in the car coral, and was super original looking and cool. Finishing with some shots from the show.
