Re: Rustoleum farm implement paint for block/head/pan?
I got my block paint from Auto and industrial paint supply in newton on broadway and it was ready to spray mix in a quart can and sprayed on really nice. I don’t know how it will hold up as I haven’t used them before.

Hey Neal. I’ve used some in different applications and I thought it did fine. I’m trying some paint from a locally place this time for the block and head but I’ll paint the pan using the farm implement paint. Are you planning on brushing or spraying?

Re: Generator not showing charge on meter
I’m having the same issue. Bad cutout. Could get ahold of one so put on an alternator still no movement on needle. Okay so I attached wires to a new in box meter still no change. Any one have suggestions?

Re: Repo tail light
The picture of the light I have is the one Dan posted and that’s what I was wondering if I would have to use both one to the rear taillight wire from the wire harness and have to use the other as a ground to make the dual filament bulb to work right

Re: 1925 roadster side curtain fasteners install location
If the screw holes are the same for nos or original fasteners that would be fine. I could use modern for now and over time could replace and redo things

Re: 1925 roadster side curtain fasteners install location
My bows are not original they are repops. So I have no way to reference off of that. If there is any way I could get some pictures of the areas with what fasteners?

Re: 1925 roadster side curtain fasteners install location
Yes very good point on using paper patterns. My main goal right now is to get the right fastener in the right spot if I have to drill holes. I don’t want a bunch of holes to fill up later. My 25 pickup is no where near the quality of smith’s but it was rough when I started I just would like it to be...

Thank you for the pictures. Looks like they used very little snaps. I didn’t have a way to contact Larry and any pictures I seen online were of no help

Thank you Mark. I have seen those pictures before but upon zooming in they are to fuzzy for me to make out clearly what fasteners is what.

1925 roadster side curtain fasteners install location

I know the Murphy fasteners come in various tallness for layers of top material and their is snaps fasteners but I don’t know what goes where. Do the Murphy fasteners go o...

Re: 1925 pickup bed wood dimensions
Do you have 25 bed strips. They are different from 26-27. I ended up using 26-27 after a few years of looking just so I can have a complete looking bed but if I ever get ahold of 25 bed strips I redo it

Re: 1925 pickup bed wood dimensions
I used 26-27 wood dimensions I just didn’t account for the plate in the middle of the bed as that was not original for a 25 steel bed. Bed wood dimensions are similar to 26-27.
