My car should be all black. A previous owner plated the headlights, shroud, and side lights. 1920 - wanted it to look like a brass car. Wondering about that, but still looks neat.... Ok, Thanks guys, that is what I'll do. I just wasn't sure what the proper method was.

OK, then what about putting a spot of silicon on the very bottom to help keep the lacing in place?

Put on new lacing on my radiator shell but not sure what to do with the two ends, do I just trim it close to the end and just let it hang or wrap it around ?
