13T - Speedster with Rajo head
Here’s a few pics of a 13 Speedster at the Savoy Auto Museum. I’ve seen the Rajo head a few times. Has anyone run a T with a Rajo head? What kind of performance differences are associated once one is installed? Curious about the specs of the impact it has.

Re: Southern Peach T’s 2022 Fall Tour - Day 2
Day 2 we spent at the Savoy Automobile Museum. The collections always rotate; however, we were lucky as the current main display was brass-era cars. Even though there were brass cars with values up to $3 million… a 1913 Model T speedster was displayed and had the chapter’s interest. We also went int...

The Southern Peach T’s took another step forward and had a weekend tour. Kept it small and simple during our visits to Rome and Cartersville, Georgia. When it was time to pump out the old gear oil and put in something new, I strolled down to the local parts shop and went through their selection of gear oil. Re: Post a photo of your antique Model T License Plate
The plate currently on the Georgia Peach T because that’s where she’s cruised most of her miles. It’s affixed to the front of the 13T because Georgia doesn’t have front plates... you can put whatever you want.

I was able to get some pics of the bands today to help determine what type they are. Do they look like the Scandinavian type?

Jace,
I asked a similar question earlier this year and this was the most common response for the differential, 600w rear axle grease from T suppliers, like Lang’s:

Dan, I don’t know what the band linings my grandpa installed were; however, I will tell ya he had a set of Scandinavia linings in his parts box. I know that doesn’t mean that’s what he has in there but it seems to me a lot of folks become creatures of habit with their T with things like linings. As ...

Mag Test
Mark, Completely agree! I tested the mag today and sent an email to Ron Patterson. The 1156 bulb got successively brighter with each increase in RPM; however, I believe there is a mag issue. Slow idle - 5 VAC Fast idle - 7 VAC Engine opened about half throttle - 8 VAC Thinking those values are a lit...
