Keith, unfortunately it is not. Those are the standard 13 fender irons that someone has bent the mounting pad up. On the delivery car irons the iron towards the bottom of the pad. Re: MTFCA search results not showing in Google

Yes. That is so weird. Don't have an answer either. Was easy way to search old forum posts. Even trying to use 'quotes' in the terms didn't work. But just tried search with Yahoo, and got hits on MTFCA FORUM, with search words, so guess I'll have to use another search engine other than Google :o I ...

MTFCA search results not showing in Google

Hey guys, Has anyone else noticed that Google search results are not showing information current and past from the MTFCA site? A couple weeks ago it was not a problem to search for many topics that have been posted over the years through the MTFCA website. I would usually just google the topic and a...

Re: FS early style ft axle assy

Second Tim’s advice… also add that the axle has some later parts. Spring is not the tapered early one. Shackles are not the Mae West or figure eight. Check the spindles if they have a DB marking? It would be good to see if the tie rod and the draglink are early. Wishbone is an early one. Spring perc...

Rick takes his time, but he does get his stuff done. It was almost a year before I got my horn and generator back. At his shop he has lots and lots of works in progress. He’s not a one man operation either. His family and I think another guy work there as well. Just give him a ring.

Re: Body moldings

Steven, I can’t speak with knowledge on a 1914 moldings, however the steel moldings you are talking about are probably done the same as the ones on my 12 delivery car moldings. They are 3/4” half oval steel and about 3/16” in height. Easy to heat and bend yourself. If you have a steel supplier near ...

Can you get a t with the top up in it? Whats the clearance when the door up to the ground? The doors are not a roll up door but a swing out carriage style the way garage doors use to be. I’m sure you could make the door height a little taller. Some Ts door height is not a problem which is a plus. I...
