A little off topic for me, but not having much luck elsewhere. Looking for original fenders and irons for my 10' Maxwell AA. I think 09' -12' will be the same. Would love to pick up in Hershey! Any leads appreciated, pay cash or possible trades for early T stuff! Thanks, Bob

anyone coming from the Chicago area to Richmond, VA area?
Hi Folks, I have a rare Splitdorf coil box & coils that is in the Chicago area and needs to be transported to Richmond, VA. We hate to ship it as it's very delicate and most all the shipper in that area are notorious for destroying delicate packages. It will need to leave Chicago area in about a wee...

Re: balancing beads
They are great, I have them in every antique car I own. Even if you don’t drive fast you can feel the difference. I just installed them in my Model N and it only took 30 minutes to do all 4 wheels. Generally you must use one of those vibrating engraving tools on the valve stem to keep them from plug...

Re: Ford Special notes, The Vanquished
Great History, I bet if you asked any of the NASCAR Boyz if they'd drive one of these cars today the answer would be NO! These guys had to be crazy, no protective gear and very poor steering let alone tires that were never subjected to those kind of speeds. WOW!

Re: Brass radiator... clear coat?
1st let me say..... I HATE polishing brass! I have clear coated everything EXCEPT for the radiator. Why not the radiator, if you ever need to make a repair it could be very difficult to clean for a good solder joint!!!!
This advice is only worth what you paid for it.

Re: It's time to STOP RESTORING, and START PRESERVING the remaining good original cars that are left...
I'm with you Jimbo, if it is truly original, then by all means try to preserve it for others to use as a benchmark for the ones that do get restored. It is so hard to find a REAL un-restored car! BTW, you really know how to stir the pot!
