I always leave the brackets off of 26-7 cars. They are not needed and tend to cause the firewall to crack, in time. Ford left them off toward the end of production. I know this to be a fact as I have seen (owned) bodies that were not drilled for the brackets.

Well, I had my movie debut today in episode seven of the Paramount+ show "1923". I was the guy in the fur coat pushing the T out of the snow. My sister was the driver of the T. I also had a scene just driving a T up the road. On was on screen for about 1/2 of a second.

Starting in July of 2006 over the course of 42 days, I drove my 1927 coupe from Spokane Valley, WA to Portland, OR. Then from Portland, OR to Portland ME. About 10,000 miles. No support vehicle, no major breakdowns.

The street scenes were shot in Butte, MT. They had it dressed up as Bozeman. That is, all of the signs said "Bozeman", whenever a town was mentioned. For instance, the court house said "Bozeman Court House".

On 12-18-22, first episode of 1923 will air. There are lots of old cars, including many Model T's. I was hired by Paramount as an "old car consultant". I even have a couple of bit parts, so I might be seen, if I don't wind up on the cutting room floor.

If you set the coils to 1.9 ms at 12V, why didn't the graphs for time to fire converge at 12V? How many times did you run this test? In other words, is this an average of several tests on each coil, or one shot on each coil? An interesting test, but I'm not sure what it shows.

I don't have inside knowledge, but my understanding is that it (the MTFCA tour) is still on. If what I've heard is correct, the hotel plans to be open and has made accommodations to the club that make the situation workable, at least at this time.

In my experience, a bent manifold can be made to have all four holes in alignment, but the spacing between the holes is usually off. Generally the center two holes will be spaced out too far, perhaps by as much as 1/16", which is really just as bad as having the holes out of line up and down.
