I have some MARX trains from the 1950s 60s. One of the engine tenders features Sound of Power, an old style circuit board that creates static. The power is picked up by a wheel that rubs on the center rail. The wheel has gaps in it to stop the electricity on an equally spaced interim. SO shh shh shh...

Hot glue is not very permanent in most cases. I would not use it for anything I wanted to last on a car. Gluing in toothpicks or wood matches works great for all kinds of things, especially screws that are stripped out in wood.

BE extremely careful if you decide to seperate the back of the drive shfat from the worm. The coupler will split if you beat on it too much.

Unless you are replacing the worm or if your driveshaft is bent, you shouldn't need to seprate it, so don't.

Is anyone interested in buying just ONE original (old) L shaped spindle for a Snowmobile front end? Fits either side, left or right.

Snowmobile ski question

I just bought a 24 roadster with an Ossipee snowmobile conversion. The skis are about 6 inches farther apart in the back than they are in the front. I doubt this is OK where should they be? Parallel? Thanks

Re: Tickin thru Time Gone??

The folks that produce them were in charge of the MTFCI summer tour for 2022, quite a time consuming project. I can understand why they would be behind in their orders. Give them a call, they are good people.
