I always drill mine to accommodate a T pulley. Normally I build my own set of pulleys to either a 4L or 3L size depending on accessories.

Re: Scraping Starter Armatures
Well Dan, years back I scraped about 30 starters and 20 generators as no one would give me $40.00 each per core but will charge you $75.00. I just chucked the armatures into scrap steel and burned out the copper fields. Copper was at $3.79 per pound and steel at $.10 per pound.

Re: Aluminum Warford 3-speed Disassembly
Warfords are all right hand thread with the nut snug then the retaining tang washer has a few tabs bent over to hold in place. I recommend finding someone with an original or reprinted manual for reassembly and adjustments.

Eric I have a restored one but the mounting bracket has been cut down for a special project that did not go as planned. Can be easily made from sheet steel.

Re: If you need 30x3 tires with sawtooth tread you may want to check this link Coker tire
No...., The tire itself has no DOT rating, and says "not for highway use", so....., the liability lies with the owner. They disclosed it on the product. Just like Sure Stop Brakes use an "off road" utility vehicle master cylinder and Wildwood trailer brakes, ie, rotors, calibers, pads...., "Not for ...

And all those tires/tyres made by certain people are marked..., "FOR DISPLAY PURPOSES ONLY" non DOT approved. Meaning not for road use or passenger carrying and that is why lil boys and girls they do not last! Second...., they pass on the liability to you by that statement, which in turn opens up a ...

There is so much you can do with a Model B crank, easy to balance with added metal, easy to weld on as the metal quality is far past others. The mains are a bit of a challenge in a T block and possible by means of spreading out the attachment bolts. And if you want to break the rules..., do an offse...

Just like a BIG WOW....., Australia charges the USA $100,000.00 per day for a port fee for our naval aircraft carriers, plus tug assisting fees, double the fuel cost (jet fuel, fresh water, sewage, etc). A port-of-call is a big bonus for sailors at sea. We charge our allies $10,000.00 and at cost fu...
