Denatured alcohol or water about two times using paper towels and gloves, use another paper towel before the second wipe/rinse. Do not burn the towels!

Dumb question.., the triple gear faces of the bushing were machined.., correct? If not they will can cause an interference issue. Just from my stupid experience.

Spray some water around the hub and in-between the spokes, let sit over night and try again. You did remove the outside pinch ring first? I not, hand sand the area first before attempting or it will only dig in more.

The noise is due to the left side being held back by contact with the hub bolts, resulting in the right side trying to drive, equaling to a poor mans posi-track. This condition makes the steering act like a vehicle with a locked up differential. The center disc in the gear carriers are shot as well....

I have some original 20" Chevy outer wheels which will mount over a TT but you need to re-drill the hole foe the valve stem and use the Jaxon clamps. An option!

Use a plane and depth check to see if the housing is bent. If it not, race the outer sections of the housing tube with a straight edge, mark, heat and bend back. Never seen a Ruxstell casting bend that much the radius rods could not take up.
