My low speed jet is loose and rattles off set point. I was tired after running new engine in today in the shop. Collar seems to be loose that the jet sets in. I will take it apart tomorrow but figured I would ask tonight. High speed is fine. How is resistance held against the screw?

23 Roadster..Does the coil box lid secure the coils in any way? I don't have a lid for mine, and had a coil loose connection at the bottom contact. I took a pair of 14 windshield hinges apart to clean them up and found what looks like brass plating on the screws and nuts that hold hinges together. Spring inside the hinges looks to have copper plating on it. Has anyone ever seen that? Dan

I’m still fairly new with model Ts. I just purchased a 1915 roadster. I’m probably going to need to put a radiator on it as it has the original round tube on it. It’s not in the greatest shape and it probably leaks. I haven’t put water in it yet as the car has been sitting idle for About 49 years. Hard to believe I put gas in it and it started but...

She’s in real nice condition. Restoration isn’t that old. Has a ruckstell rear end and rear juice brakes. The water pump and radiator hoses has been changed since the engine picture. Also has newly rebuilt coils and carburetor installed.Runs and drives as it should. $9,500

Model Ts from clubs are on a tour to the Joshua Tree area in Southern Cal. During the day, by the way the weather was just perfect, we saw several wrecked cars but no Model Ts. The only Ts were the seven cars on the tour.

Carb runs great on new engine start, but dribbling a little fuel from the passage screws. They were a little loose but don’t want to snug them in until I ask.
