Re: Best way to clean my trailer wiring connector.
I suggest visiting a sporting store or gun shop. Ask for the bore cleaning brushes, specifically 17 size or 0.172. Since the size of the pins in a 4 connector plug are 0.176 the small wire brush will work fine. If you are using a standard 7 pin connector, you can purchase a cleaning brush on line or...

Matt, LEDs are polarity specific, as they have a positive and a negative contact. Most modern light bulbs have a diode bridge included in the bulb so the connected polarity will not affect the LED operation. Meaning, the "bulb" is NOT polarity specific even though the LED IS. Hi Bob,
I sincerely appreciate your time and consideration on this. I'll just order one from Lang's or Snyder's. Both great vendors. I was hoping to lighten someone's "pile" and let them have the funds to do something FUN.
Cheers,

Want To Buy an auxiliary brake adjustment link. This is the link that attaches to the welded on tab at the bottom of the brake pedal. Thank You Tim.
Checked the Can Crusher TT today. Yep, BOTH were loose. RIght one about 5/8 turn and Left one about 3/8 turn.
Had you not posted, I would have never checked since I thought my late best friend would have torqued them properly. AND, never thought they would/could loosen.

Hi Tim, I just measured our delivery truck (on a car frame) at 67" outside of fender to outside of fender in the FRONT. Keep in mind YOU still need to be able to get in and out of the vehicle INSIDE the trailer, and get OUT of the trailer. The first trailer we purchased was only 12' long. It had a p...

Tim, Welcome to the club. ONE word of CAUTION: Check the HEIGHT. Most enclosed trailers are not tall enough for a model T with a cab. So, accurately check the height of your depot hack and the height of the DOOR JAMB to ensure you will be able to get the truck in and out without damage. Been there, ...

Tom, Also, on the bottom of the axle where the wishbone and nut will seat, make sure it's flat. Grind a little to make it flat at that spot only and do not go so far as to let the nut properly reach the cotter pin hole. You do NOT want to compromise the strength of the axle. Reduce the height of the...

Doing this will set Rocky Mountain, AC, or other external auxiliary brakes. If a person has to release the steering wheel t...

They still do have series/parallel switches. Although some of the more modern set ups do it electronically instead of with an old contact type switch.

Jesse, For 12 volts you need to wire the batteries in SERIES. Wiring them in parallel will give you 6 volts but twice the amperage or battery life (amp/hours). Wiring positive to negative and using the not connected negative and positive posts will give you 12 volts at the original amp/hour rating. ...

George,
Did you look for a copper washer? If you are unable to find a proper fit, make your own out of copper sheet. The only critical dimension is the inside diameter hole so it fits properly on the drain plug.
Good Luck,
Terry

I am not seeing what item/location you are asking about. I see a steering column, switch/ammeter, and speedometer with the dash light above it. Sorry, I must not be seeing the problem.
After taking a longer look, are you talking about the kick panel to the left of the driver's foot?
