I have a few, not sure of the ratio.
They are not easy/cheap to ship.
I have one with a cracked tube, maybe I could get what you need and ship a little cheaper, but it does sound like work.
Send me an email if you want, Dave

The best I can say without actually seeing it is...
It seems the wedge was fitted to the worn part of the hole and then drilled and tapped.
They are absolutely using another axle.

Old Front Axle Repair....Masterpiece or Awaiting a Catastrophe ?
My friend Bill is helping another friend with a 16 front axle. Took the spindle off and found this previous repair to the lower threads. Looks like it was worn almost through. Anyone else seen such a creation ? I’d be catching my stomach with my tonsils with every bump if I knew it was there.

Took my 44 year old Harley for a spin today also.
Got more looks in the T though.

As far as OTC radiator flush products....a total waste of time. Most are only a detergent and won't touch anything that will plug up a Model T radiator. Years ago, there was a 2 part acid flush with a neutralizer, but that's been gone for 50 years. But it worked !! I agree with removing the radiator...

Re: Acetylene welding question
I assume you’re talking steel rod welding, although brazing is about the same.
If you get the metal or rod too hot, it will pop.
Staying in one spot too long or just too much oxygen can also get it too hot. Or too big of a tip for the metal thickness...lots of variables.

Which style of shifter is on it ? Lack of lubrication internally can cause that - how was it shifting prior to "locking" up ? Have you tried to "do the dance" between the low & reverse pedals at the same time ? Sometimes that will do it as that is the best way to shift sitting still. I don’t unders...

I was surprised that shipping was only $42 UPS.

Re: UPS is re-energizing swap meets
I use UPS only for larger bulky or heavy stuff.
USPS is generally cheaper for small parts, but you do take your chances.
Without a new purchase receipt, even additional insurance is useless. Not sure if UPS is much better.
Packaging is everything....

Re: Syptoms of stuck/burned exhaust valve
I just saw in the last picture, the part of the radiator I see looks a bit less than desirable.
Not saying that it’s your problem, but.
It doesn’t take very long running down the road under power to get hot with a poorly circulating radiator. But it should run ok, till it gets too hot.
