A SPRAY rattle can Steve... Sorry, just kidding. :) I used black beauty for 1918. Kidding again. Shoot, I painted mine and the sliding/moving parts just scrape it bare anyhow. Van Sickle is my absolute favorite for any. If I had a vat of brake/carb cleaner to dip these springs in and then some Japan...

Never smelled the smell except for a new milwaukee (chink-sorry china) drill that smelled of burnt plastic as soon as ya run it.
JB, I have some of those nut drivers and a Stanley screwdriver too! They look terrible.

You figured it Don. ;) Free starts! For me with the 18: I just turn the switch ON, pull the choke and hit the starter for a couple compressions and it's running. Once warmed up, he seems to enjoy giving some free starts. I smarted off to some lady riders after I simply turned the switch ON and it wa...

Mr Dewey, I find it therapeutic and useful too, no matter the material. Duey. :) Susanne, me neither. Not very good at it with some castings. If they're sharp edged? Presto. Nice gasket. ;) Too darned busy, cheap, lazy and short on materials to make punches (gosh they're cheap to buy too) sometimes ...
