Hi, the 5:1 shaft and gears for sure. This ratio increase steering leverage and makes driveling less tiring and less dangerous as well.

I weld and recut the notch on the timer brush to allow the timer to rotate further counter clockwise. You then have plenty of travel before reaching the belt. I find this problem more common on the Anderson timers. Andy For that reason I don't like Anderson timer. I used new day timer as well

They can usually be driven in with a brass punch & a hammer. The trick is to use brass against the hardened race and continually moving the punch. Works fine if you take your time and keep moving.
I did the same than Charlie all the time. Always work. Be patient as well it will come off.

Hi Mark,

I don't know the guy but he's leaving an hour and half from my home. I could pick-up at his home for you and shipping to you at low cost if you want.

Just saying.

Re: Tru Fire on Tbay

I do not heard nice comments about Tru Fire. No good customer service at all. Also the device it not good and fail after only few weeks. 3 friends of mine had very bad experience with it. Better stay with good stock coils. That's my opinion as well.

Dear Toronto MD use Netparcel.com as well. I used a lot.

Work nicely and gave you several options. Very easy to use it. Most of the time cheaper than regular post. Hope that help.

Thank you all. I have the tool from Scott. Working really well. My NH come from Russ Potter as well. A friend of mine recommended to me the modern one because it avoid to be stuck as the regular needle. But I thought I will keep as is finally with the needle Russ use.
