As promised, here are some pics of this ‘19-‘22 turtledeck wood frame. I thought it had a wood slat floor like my ‘14 but it doesn’t. First time I had it ‘on its nose’ and looked at the framing; it appears theres a part of the wood missing at the top of the pic. See the battery provision.

So far no one mentioned spark advance AFTER the T starts. I once loaned my TT to a friend for a parade and he drove it 7 miles into town but it barfed out 1/2 the coolant and didn’t make the parade. Consider running your T front wheels up on car ramps then drain the oil. You might get some sludge from the 3 or 4 dips of the pan bottom inspection cover. Then write ‘Chgd. Oil: date’ on a small piece of paper and scotch tape it to bottom of windshield/screen.

After light sanding the spokes, apply a 50/50 solution of boiled linseed oil and denatured alcohol. NOT straight linseed oil. It’ll bring new life to strong but dried out spokes. And if the rear hub caps haven’t been removed for over 4 decades, I’d remove them and torque the axle nuts to 90 LBS.

B above…..The curved rear panel covers the vinyl roof material then is nailed to the wood frame. Here are pictures of my ‘19 centerdoor. As I’m a Doctor of Breast Augmentation, I brought home a tube of silicone to apply under the curved panel before nailing….

So it was Street Cars that made town cars so rare I always wondered about that.
And we see ‘15 (or late ‘14) long bill front fenders on that ‘13 body…. How’r we supposed to restore them right, when they didn’t assemble them right ?

Re: 1924 TT C Cab
Jacob, That’s either a multimillion dollar TT prototype (😂) or a non Ford metal C Cab. The panels don’t appear to be the correct size. Is the rear upper panel (the one enclosing the ‘diamond’ window) precisely 18.25” wide ? Are the side ‘C’ panels precisely 32” at the rear ? It may just be the minim...

Re: Flushing old oil?
Since the OP referenced cleaning oil out of a T engine that’s sat dormant for 40 years, I’d go with Scott’s advice. All my Model Ts have rebuilt fairly low mileage engines so, when I change oil, I run the front wheels up on car ramps. This is a technique I learned from Royce. Then I remove the 15/16”...
