I have always tended to switch back and forth whether I prefer Coke or Pepsi. I can tell the difference between the sweeter Pepsi and the sharper Coke. Usually, I prefer the sharper Coke. Re: TT truck Coke delivery truck.
The famous Coke bottle design, introduced to the market in 1915, was two-fold. One was to be instantly recognizable. The other was a built-in strength to resist breakage. Bottles cost money, and recycling them, washing and sterilizing saved a lot of money for the bottler to reuse the bottles over an...

Didn't Canadian built Ts have slanted windshields starting about 1920? I don't know how the height would compare. They also had one-man tops beginning about then.
One of my first thoughts also was Canadian C-cab TT.

Head not properly torqued years ago? Head cracked in a combustion dome? (I had one of those years ago, caused a lot of strange problems.) That is a lot of leakage for a typical block crack. Sounds like someone kept adding coolant as the leakage dropped the level. in the radiator. If the engine was r...

Just remember, the Montana 500 cars are pretty much stock, except any camshaft can be used as long as a blpck modification is required. The flywheel to crankshaft mounting is probably modified as well. Art Mirtes Art M, I suspect you meant "as long as a bl"-o-"ck is" -not- "required"? Not being pic...

I doubt the gasoline tank is actually mounted in the chassis? Nothing is square to the tank, and a bunch of stuff appears out of place in the background. Going by the relative position of the drain connection to the baffle rib, The "potato" appears to me to be about fifteen (maybe only ten?) degrees...

Looks like you are about fifteen degrees short of straight? Either or both a proper size pipe tap or die to ONLY VERY SLIGHTLY clean up the threads should do the trick to allow it to turn that small amount more. Gasoline will leak through tiny imperfections that water cannot seep past. So great care...

They are a "steel-clad" wood felloe demountable rim wheel. I suspect that design was used by a few wheel manufacturing companies in the late 1910s to very early 1920s. There were a lot of cars other than Ford that used such wheels as standard equipment, and they came in a variety of sizes. Most wood...

The lid was virtually unchanged from 1918 through 1925 model year. I have no idea about current availability, however nice reproductions had been made for years. I would suggest calling your preferred parts supplier for one of those. Decent original covers/lids still seem to be around often enough. ...

Sometime in model year 1913 was the first year for Pierce Arrow's famous fender headlamps. I am not too sure about 1921. I know of course that most of them had the knock forward in the hidden front panel for the battery. Whether the non-starter cars had that or not I do not know. No, that isn't a good "wheel chock". The die-cast metal is too soft to hold a car securely. There were many dozens of manufacturers and models of distributors made for model Ts back in the day. They are a legitimate part of the model T's history! Most of them however, are not good to be used today. ...

As I recall, the mating surfaces of the two pieces were very lightly tinned first. Then assembled and rivets installed. Too much tinning, and the rivets won't pull down tight enough, or the two pieces may not sit together flatly enough. Without tinning, the solder applied after being riveted may not...

It is somewhat unusual for a 1925 through 1927 TT truck to have such a nice after-market cab on it. The Ford factory closed cab was a fine, solid , and practical one at a very reasonable price.
