Tony, That sounds interesting! I would like to know which copy I can find that in. It doesn't anyone had suggestion year/cowl style. Will, Yes, the capacitor test makes wiring much more complicated. Electrical noise should be expected with these Model T coils. The vertical wrist pins are even cut before welded. With wrist pins hardened, depending on tools at hand, that could be a bit of work to cut!

One could use a T bearing on the outside and you are good to go;) The advantage, if you can call it that, of tractor hubs is there are no brakes.

Amazing how things did change much on the front hubs for a good part of 50 years!

Donald, Somethings are better documented than others. But in general at the start of 1926 model year there were even some cars that came with wood wheels and black paint. But for the most part you saw wire wheels and color cars in 1926. Then in 1927 evidently you could choose any model in any color....
