It is a game of wack a mole with these scammers.
block 1 IP, they just get 5 more and go at it again because they know they got a "live 1" at the end that blocked them.

Re: If you miss a payment on your T and it is gone

Not to mention the fact that folks with not so good of intentions can hack into computers. So gee, 1 terrorist shuts down 50 Fords along city streets to block emergency crews,, another terrorist shuts down 2 Fords at the exit of a parking deck while another terrorist remote drives a car into a place...

I had a red top in my 96 Deville and had to get it replaced under warrenty and then the second 1 would just go dead for no reason. Car had a 140 amp altenator on it and it was working well. But even after 80 miles of driving and straight to Advance to ask them to check it, "oh optima batterys requir...

I will never forget the day I was crawled up under my F350 and needed a bolt. My buddy Jr was hanging around and I ask him to go to the bolt bin and get me 1. I will say, it drove better with my white wall tires on it. I put a another set on it and it has drove not so well since. Allstates with a wider foot print than the others had. No play in the pitman arm ball fitting,I do have 1 of those spring loaded things on there to help make sure it doesn't get ...

It will be next week before I get the T back in the shop as I have my lawnmowers in the shop to service them for the summer. I was happy to see the small amount of "play" in the steering, that is about how much I have. Not much. I am thinking toe in or out is the issue.I remember reading about backwa...

Re: T steering , just to much "squirrely"

Ok,I will read up on those things. Kingpins were replaced, along with bushings when the axle was done. There was also a threaded insert made for the right hand kingpin as the threads were wallered out on it. Axle lean is due to spring perches correct? I am fairly certain they are correct but never hur...

T steering , just to much "squirrely"

I know a T is a old car,but it just seems mine is to squirrely going down a paved road. Just to make sure,I decided to check things. I found the pitman arm to be a bit loose, about a turn on the nut. I gave the front wheel bearings a quarter turn,.Checked everything else, only movement I can find is ...

Re: Anything Salvageable or Scrap?

I have Grundy on my T pickup, I think I valued it at 10,000 . It is titled as a specially constructed replica 1923 Model T truck, which I figured would seriously erode it's value as a Model T or as a vintage vehicle.although it accomplishes the biggest goal,of driving it legally. Is that something I ...

New day timer, new rod from Langs I think, stock 26 column. and short cast piece to hook rod to column.
OK, I will read the timing methods and get that took care of. I was skeptical about bending the new rod, thinking it was "correct" as made.
Thanks,

Shiny wouldn't last long in the country anyway, mostly the city folks probably kept theirs shiney because they had cobblestone streets and weren't driving in mud. OF course there was the Autobowl if you got mud on your tires!

The bushing spinning in the gear, use a punch to knurl the outside of the bushing then press it back in with a bit of bearing and sleeve retainer.
Just make sure the inside is still ok for running on the pin.
