Re: Canning Model T parts

Wow! All that was in that jar? I'm impressed - both by the quantity of "goodies" within, and the condition of them.

I would have never thought of "canning" T parts... but it seems that they weathered quite well.

Great deal on the coupe, and screaming deal on the tractor! Couple of folk are going to be pretty happy with their new projects, I betcha! And the club did good, too - coming off Covid, the proceeds will be a shot in the arm.

Congratulations to everyone involved!

A lot of people have died from exposure to Dihidrogen Monoxide. It's been a historically nasty chemical (related closely to Hydric Acid), probably killed millions over the centuries... what's more insiduous is it is naturaly occuring, and, when concentrated in large quantities, they actually build b...

I drive mine like it has no brakes anyway.😁 Wait a minute, Dallas... your car HAS brakes? Mine has a semi-retarder gradual slowing setting on the rear drums (OK, I do need new linings on those Pikes Peaks!) and an all out "stop" mode engaged by pushing down all 3 pedals (sometimes works)... but bra...

Been in this hobby since I was a kid... so the T affliction really grabbed me early, and I've been there since I was maybe 9. So thanks, Pop!! If they don't have the thumpa thumpa of the "t drivers" nor the 1 year sidewall cracks that my "non-skids" had , I'll be thrilled.
