Jim be sure you have it Blanchard ground once you get everything off. You’ll want it nice a level on the table. Great deal. You’re about $1300 ahead of the game. I believe Adam makes several pieces you’ll need to complete it.

Jim I’m pretty sure HH stands for Hogshead. He’s talking about the boss on the back of the later block where the two bolts go through the top ears of the Hogshead for the late 1925 through 1927 motors and then bolt to the Back of the block just below the head.

Jim almost sure, unless it’s a Canadian block, Ford stopped the casting dates after 1921. The 26 may be a 20. If the casting date is in a circle it is month, year, & day, the month being the upper most number followed by year going clockwise then the day. Hope that helps. Best John

It’d really be a nice find if you could actually locate the drain valve as pictured in the parts photo. Lots of broken ones because people forced them to open. The handle is very petite. Most of the time the needle & seat on the 4 ball leaked like a sieve. I believe Corey Walker does a very nice job...

So our T engines are following Bernoulli’s law on dynamic pressure in the splash system, right? -20-10-0-10-20. Now from a practicality standpoint all of the meters shown are 0-5-10-15-20 (except the middle Hoyt) just not highlighted with every number just by bars & or spaces if you want to be so darn literal.

Several sizes & configurations, as you can see the bowl, intake and mounting flange are similar in size on this one with a normal 1910 T model 5 ball. Best John

Well we could do a “Steve Jelf bake sale”, ha . Contact his club and ascend on Jelf’s place, tackle the major items in a few day’s camping out or occupy a hotel near buy. Just Spitballing here but could be fun. Just have it set with a core group & volunteers to tackle sections of work and bring item...
