I talked with Steve at Lang’s and those pins are too short for the coups and sedans.
I think I’ll take Jeff’s advice and try the model A hinge pins. I’ve checked all the Model T parts suppliers and no one has them. I’m curious why they didn’t send me to the 28-29 model A pickup ?

Wanted: NOS Ruckstell fiber thrust spacers. These look like the steel Ford spacers, but are .105 thick, and are slightly a larger diameter.

An interesting note/question. Didnt Ford use bronze thrust washers in early 1916 cars? I had an original 16 with them. Also had an original 1917 car that used babbitt and an original 1919 car that used babbitt. None appeared to have been molested.

Here are a very impressive and large pair of Bleriot Sidelamps from the pre-1915 era. These lamps are missing their lower burners and oil fonts but otherwise appear complete. Here is a nice pair of 14 windshield hinges. Have been taken apart, blasted, primed and assembled. Some pitting on back of one, see pictures. All parts are there except the split pins to lock nuts. Here is a really nice, all brass early Jones 60 MPH speedometer. The overall diameter is about 3 and the depth is about 2 1/2 not including the mounting bracket. It has a very clear and crisp face with strong numbers. There are no cracks in the brass body or the rim which is unusual. The original beveled glass lens is clean and without chips...

What makes you think the motor was running when removed from a car? If you can get it running on a test stand, run it without smoking, and has good compression, I may be interested. Frank

Looking for 4 Kelsey wheel lugs like in the first attached picture. Alternatively, if those can't be found, 2 of the slanted lugs with a K stamped on them should work. Prefer the first kind with Kelsey written on them so that all my lugs will match. These are on the rear wheels of a TT.

Thank you everyone for your help. I've located a set of the alternate K style lugs so I can get my T back on the road.

I am still on the lookout for the original Kelsey script lugs like in the first picture that don't have ridges on each side. If anyone comes across any I would greatly appreciate it!

Any one recognize this tool? looks like a tool for cutting oil grooves, but that just my guess. Tha shaft opens the two cutters wider as it is cranked into the head piece.

Found a few more parts in the barn to get rid of. I found this 1914 complete windshield setup I do not need. Its in nice shape, I unfolded it for the pics, so the hinges arent frozen. Has both original support rods in great shape, not bent or twisted. The original brass channel is there, but part of one half is bad as seen in the...

Evening all,

I have 2 of these, in the same condition, and only need one. So this one has to go. A nice Solar gas spotlight. It has the original :lens: but has a crack as seen. NO reflector or burner unfortunately (mine too is missing). Otherwise in nice shape, with a lot of flaking paint.
No lower mount, and Id really like to see what one...

I want to mount a small tool box onto the running board of my 1912 Flanders, but I don't want to drill any holes in the running board. Does anyone have a pair of luggage rack brackets or an otherwise trashed luggage rack that I can cannibalize for the brackets? I hate to buy and cut up a perfectly good, complete luggage rack.

Here are some NOS Ford script Tie Rod bolts, part T 2718. These have flip top oilers, so the are for 1917-27 cars and TT. These came out of a Ford Dealer in North Tenn that closed in 1928.

i will check to be certain , but the laminated shim is .016 thick ... being 8 .002 shims total ... in theory a single .002 shim is removed from 1 side of the cap to effect a .001 adjustment ... if a smaller increment is needed a person may lap the caps ... i will lap with wet 180 sandpaper on a precision surface ( lapping block) ... hope...

Here a couple brass floats I found in stuff I got. Look to be brass floats for Holly G carbs. I think they are JD floats that were at one time (many moons ago) used on Holley G and such carbs.
