Can anyone tell me the town in PA this Ford dealer is located?

I'm trying to ID the town in Pennsylvania where this photo was taken.
The Ford dealership is the best landmark to solve this mystery, and I thought
this forum would be able to help.
The picture was taken in the late in 1930 or early 1931.

My family lived near Pittsburgh, and I think that might be a location.
Another location might be 300 miles east of Pittsburgh, based on
family members moving, probably during the Depression.

Thanks to anyone who can help with this!

The clock tower may be the best hope. But that is a lot of street view browsing if it still exists.
The "327" may be a street address or perhaps a phone number.
1930-1 would be the Ford Model A era.

Hello, thanks for the reply.
The clock tower is a great landmark to work with, thanks.
I've written to the Ford archives and they don't have records
of all dealers from that era. They said there were so many it
was not always recorded.
I'll continue my search and thanks again.
