model a 1930-aa-4 speed transmission

i have in my shop a badly worn aa 4 speed transmission, or shift tower, i can build up the lever the rails and forks cannot discribe how bad they are or how it can still try to move, is there any one out there in [T]-land have a good used tower--they would sell. this guy just wants to play in the field with the truck..GREG.
