That's a very nice photo of it. Yes, as Bill Harper says it is a 2-cyl Buick. More specifically, a 1906 or 1907 Model F which is the Touring. For comparison, here is my 1907 Model G, which is the Roadster.

It likely was painted in "Purple Lake" and has Gray & Davis lights. With 22 HP they are a fine car. The cap in the middle of the hood is for the gas tank as in this photo I posted elsewhere.download/file.php?id=91136&t=1
