Help with charger ID

Post by Dennis Prince » Wed Sep 15, 2021 3:10 pm

Howdy all, I have had this gas powered battery charger/jump starter for many years and it has always worked good, it came off of an older heavy duty tow truck back in the 70's. There is no identifying marks on it any where (the handle must be a joke, it weight at least 100 lbs.). I know the gas tank isn't stock but the rest appears to be original. What I am wondering is 1) How old it is? 2) What brand it is? 3) What it might be worth?

If no one can ID here you might try one of the forums on; https://www.smokstak.com/forum/ In one of the small engine or generator sections.
I know the voices aren't real but damn they have some good ideas!
