Is saltines and jello a "texas" thing?

Gravy on sponge cake is a good waste of sponge cake... why not just get a straw for the gravy and ditch the "fluid absorbing medium?"

When I was in grade school, I would use the milk straw to suck the Jello up, leaving it full of holes before I would eat it.

You can use the straw to cut a "plug" of Jello, then blow on the straw and send the Jello plug across the room.

Instead of holding a pig in a race, how about holding a plate with a slippery, jigglin' Jello mold until the finish line. Be like watching a race in slo-mo!

Yuck! I don't like salt with sweet! Like someone putting salt on watermelon. :geek: Maybe Jello with graham crackers or Oreos but not with saltines.

Different sweet items often don't work together for some reason. One kills the other. Try low salt crackers. Eat a few crackers, then a spoonfull of Jell-O. Flavor explosion.
