manifold cooker reipe chili

I need tom try to cook chili in the manifold cooker. Has anyone done this successfully?

I have no first hand advice. However, when we have a "Cooker Tour", it seems most of the folks in our chapter start with fully cooked food that is simply warmed in the manifold cooker. Helps to prevent the possibility of undercooked meat. So, I'd say pick your favorite chili recipe, cook it at home the day before, then warm it up in the cooker. Or, at a bare minimum, fully pre-cook the meat.
