Stanley Steam car wheel question

I'm wanting to buy a rim spreader for a 1922 Stanley 7 passenger touring. Not my car but wanted to give it to him as a gift. Would any of the ones out there work or does it have to be bigger than what we use on a Model T.

In 1922 Stanley made two distinct models, the 735 and the 740. Most 735s used 26" wheels and most 740s used 23" wheels, but time has a way of slipping different parts onto cars, so who knows what size are on the car.
Further, Stanley used lock-ring style rims, not split rims. Still, who knows what is on the car now.
