I watched the whole thing Herb. It was fantastic. My Grandfather bought one of those coaches to take the family into Yellowstone Park. He donated it to the railroad and it sat for years under a roofed shelter near the tracks for tourists to see. My cousin and I played on it often. Those curves and the front boot were indelibly etched in my brain. As you know I have steam bent top bows and a few things. Grampa steam bent some skis in a geyser when he was Winter keeper at Old Faithful one winter. (1906 or '07 I believe) I planed some poplar for my 1907 Buick like that for side panels but it didn't have any curves. So many things in that video bring back memories.
Many who do those things don't record it to share as he does. He is a true craftsman doing what he enjoys. I doubt he is getting rich but the prices must seem awfully high to his customers. Nobody can know the time it takes but the guys who do it.
Thanks for the pleasure of seeing it.
Rich

That is a great video and he is a craftsmen for sure. Like Rich said I doubt he's getting rich but the prices seem high to his customers and with that I will agree but the customer probably hasn't taken into account all the work, time, and materials he has in just making the forms to bend the sides. I have viewed this fellows other videos in the past and I am always in aw.
