Want To Transport Two (2) T's to Rochester, NY, from Memphis, TN

At the end of July / first of August, I want to get two (2) T's, both brass era tourings, transported to Rochester, NY.
I'd like for the trailer to be tall enough for the cars to ride with their tops up.
One of the T's can ride with it's top down, but the other, a '14, has never had it's top lowered since it's restoration was finished in 1995. It was explained to me that lowering and raising the top usually causes paint near the top irons to get chipped; since this is a show car, I'd like to avoid that.
They don't have to be transported at the same time; I'm assuming that to do so is less expensive than two dedicated trips.
I look forward to hearing from you.
Thanks.
