Bolts

I need to know if anyone knows of a company who can do a short run of special Model T dust pan to frame bolts. These were used on the early cars in the teens. The part number is 3088, and is 1/4-28 X 9/16. The head and nut are 3/8 square, and there is a cotterpin hole at the bottom. I don't believe anyone is reproducing this part.

I'm not really sure what a short run is, but I am guessing 100-200. The other thing is I'm also not sure how late they used these bolts. They have a 3/8 square head and nut, and the bolt has a hole for a cotter pin.

Yes, that probably constitutes a short run. But it's more than I would consider making myself, which is what I was considering doing.
(I'm still looking into a couple of possibilities though.)

Please fill in the missing dimensions and have a look at the dimensions I've shown. The heads will be a nominal 3/8", meaning they will be slightly undersized, per industry standards.

I am getting an original today, and will be able to supply the needed dimensions. I have some on my cars, but don't feel like removing them. Thanks for all the help!

Does anyone have information as to when they stopped offering this part?
Let me know how much $ for 100, and how much for 200?

Here is the nut details. 3/8 across the flats, a slight chamfer on one side like most square nuts. The thickness is .187".
