Just go to your local Ford dealer

In my quest to find a decent front fender I finally located one in North Carolina thanks to a T owner who saw my posts on Facebook. We looked into UPS for shipping but it was $260. Also looked at Greyhound Bus which was much better at $80 but dropped it off in Buffalo an hour away.
The shipper then found a friend who was traveling north through Syracuse, still a drive from Rochester, but the price was right. But they needed a place to drop it off any time of day. So I called the local Ford dealership in Syracuse and asked the manager of the parts department if they had a sense of humor. They agreed to take the fender and hold it for me until I can get there. Might make a nice local human interest news story ... the part that took 96 years to arrive!
