Praise goes out to Lang's again

Post by dobro1956 » Fri Feb 01, 2019 3:28 pm

I just want to say "thank you" to Lang's and let folks know they are still a very good vendor. I have ordered a bunch of stuff from them this year and thru the years. Finally after many years of orders, I was missing a couple parts in the order. I contacted them, they made it good, no questions asked. The missing parts were put in my order I placed that day and were here in a couple days. I feel praise should be given, when praise is deserved.

Today I had a question about shipping on my order.
Within a couple of minutes, Mike at Lang's had a solution.
Thanks to everyone at Lang's for their fantastic customer service.

It was a simple thing but much appreciated. I received the new catalog in the mail and it looked like it had been in a fight and lost. Sent a not to Langs and got a reply that they would send a new one ASAP. Got it three days later. Great customer service!!!!!!!!!!

I have been lucky enough to be able to go to Lang's and pick up my parts. In doing this, I have seen the inner workings of this fine place... Feel good knowing that everyone there has the customer 1rst attitude and is very passionate about keeping our T's going. The gentleman that packs your parts is a really nice guy that is kept very busy by us all. Each order is packed with the care you expect. I even have been able to pick my own parts and walk the warehouse alone. Beware that this will cause spontaneous purchasing!
The warehouse is like an old car fantasyland. The basement is my favorite because it's filled will rusty gold. Great parts waiting to be adopted. Lang's is a time machine.
If you're ever able to stop and visit, by all means do so!
