I am looking for someone who can roll some 2" copper pipe.

By "roll", do you mean "bend"??
If so, I'm sure just about any exhaust shop could do it.
Maybe some plumbing houses would have a big enough tubing bender, if you can find one.

To do a proper mandel bend on copper, brass, etc an internal support spring is required. Some copper depending on grade specs must be heated and cooled in cycles during the process. Radius, degrees are determined by wall thickness. Just a heads up.

Or expand like when installing boiler tube in the fire box? They are rolled in to place.

You can purchase 2" soft copper in 50Ft rolls in type L and type K so bending or rolling is much easier, type L will have blue printing and Type K will be Green. K is very heavy.

Soft drawn copper is what’s best for rolling or bending copper. Worked in an AC factory where
we did it on a daily basis. Equipment we used had a rod that had a ball on the end that was inserted inside the tubing and then drawn into the desired bend as the rod was pulled through . The ball kept the tubing from collapsing as you made the curve or bend.
If you try to bend it without having a follower inside it will flatten.
