How about a minor's lamp tip? Similar?

When did I do that?

My father brought a similar miners lamp home and later gave it to me, from when he was a prisoner of war for five years in Siberia in world war two. The tip you are showing is missing off of mine but most likely still could be made to function. Frank

Bicycle or early motorcycle lamps are another use for these types of burners.

This is the headlamp on my 1912 Triumph Motorcycle, sorry the burner isn't too clear, but if you squint you'll see it's one of the small ones.

Could the one with the really odd taper be household gas lamp type, before things like tapers were standardized. I have a spigot that has a similar taper.
I know the voices aren't real but damn they have some good ideas!

Except for the ALCO tip, those seem to be like the Bray carbide gas burners.
Bray is British and you can see them offered on ebay all the time.

There were also gas tail lamps.
