I took my radiator to a repair shop for some cleaning and repair and it is time for replacement
I read that flat tube radiator cool better than the round tube
It the cooling of the flat tube that much better that it is worth changing from the original?

Any of the local car shows that I plan on attending are not professionally judged
Any thought are appreciated

I have flat tube radiators in two of my T's. The last one I restored, I used an original. It cools just fine except on a hard pull, and is 103 years old.

For a driver, use a flat tube. For a show car use round tube. I have flat tubes on all of mine and they don't need any water pump. It is a long pull uphill to our town and then a Ruckstell hill to our house. On a hot summer day, they get up to the top of the circle of the motometer but don't boil. Sometimes a small gurgle when I shut off the engine for a few seconds.

NOTE original style round-tube core if your car is to be judged for shows or if you wish your car to look more authentic for its year of production.
I went with Berg and NO water pump to leak
