Evening, has anyone here built a flatbed for a T chassis, looking at all the styles on the web but wanted to listen to someone who has been there and done that. Please PM me if you want to talk about the build.

Some questions would be how high do the risers need to be so the bed would clear rear tires, how were they attached to the frame rails etc.

Been working with machines, metal most of my life it's time to work with some wood again. Thanks

I'll keep looking, but there is a TT Car Hauler flat bed that is spectacular in the old forum somewhere.

One of our Australian friends has a very original (Australian-built body) cut-down touring car with a flatbed on the back. He posted a few threads of his acquisition and preservation/restoration of the car a couple of years ago. The car had some local history and is affectionately named "Henrietta".

What do you know? For a change, google worked! (They will probably receive an "error report" and correct that soon, but in the meantime, try this search
