Whatzit?

Post by Dropacent » Sun Mar 01, 2020 12:18 pm

Any ideas? The little dog bone is marked Indianapolis parts Corp, inside thread is 1 3/4. The little scoop I’m thinking something carb related. Any thoughts? Thanks

The dog bone may be part of a motometer ?
I’d think a gas cap except for the hole in it....
Could have been drilled for a pump ?

The dog bone cap is thredded internally. It could fit a 28 or 29 Model A. It would have either a motometer or some other emblem inserted in the center.

Dogbone Whatzit?

No, the dogbone cap is way too small for model A , even too small for T I’m guessing a diminutive size car, thought someone may have an educated guess as to make. It’s probably perfect for Henry’s cyclecar !
